I feel like a lemon that was squeezed for juice. I feel like I’ve given away so much energy and barely got anything in return. I feel sad and disappointed and the only thing left is to get yourself together, put on the right attitude and iron wall and continue doing whatever is needed (don’t let anything or anyone take it away from you).
I want to look at it as an exercise that will teach me something I didn’t learn before, but I also feel no energy to exercise.
2 short days of break, some sun and strong wind to clear the mind will hopefully help. Take me away
