do not disturb

Not sure when did it start but in the last few weeks I feel overwhelmed - there is so much going on and, at the same time, nothing in particular, but I'm pretty much enjoying the trend. 

It also makes me feel good that out of all the options, I sometimes choose to just stay in (or out) by myself, rest from the outside world, and do my own thing - thinking, reading, watching, dreaming, listening, sleeping, cooking, cleaning, walking...Turn off all notifications for 24h and just explore yourself. And smile :)                                              



And I'm really working on not having all those negative emotions that I felt - it's not easy, it takes time but it's the only way.
